superficial cleaning unchanged sheets

the hotel location was acceptable as it was close to the beach.

The room cleaning was quite superficial. I noticed that the bed sheets were not changed at all . the floor was just vacuumed, and that was it, it was not properly cleaned.

i had a junior suite with a tiny kitchen area. the fridge was very handy. the cleaner kept my room very clean and i saw her daily.

the kids staff don't seem as enthusiastic as they did last year.
